ATC on Parade 2010
our 3rd artist trading card exhibition
till 30 Sep at Bishan Public Library
Artist Trading Cards are miniature artwork that are created and then exchanged with others. There is only one criteria which is the size of 2.5” by 3.5” (64 mm by 89 mm). Any medium and subject matter is possible.
Pauseability is proud to present our 3rd annual exhibition of ATCs.
A group of Singaporeans have been creating and collecting ATCs, and we meet every 2nd Thursday of the month. This has been for 3 years and in the last year or so, we have been meeting at Bishan Public Library.
We are happy to have been able to introduce ATC to more people here. We have found it a great way to create art and to share our creation not only locally but internationally as well. Our hope is that even more will join us.
Earlier, the show was at 2 locations. From 5 to 12 Aug 2010 at Bishan Public Library. Open from 10 am to 9 pm. (Closed on Mon 9 August, National Day) And from 13 to 19 Aug 2010 at Ang Mo Kio Public Library. Open from 10 am to 9 pm.
The exhibition has been extended till 30 Sep at Bishan Public Library. Open from 10 am to 9 pm.
Admission is free.
7 August, Sat, 4.30 to 5.30 pm. Bishan Public Library Programme Zone. Drop by to see some of our ATC collections.
12 August, Thu, 6.30 to 8.30 pm. Bishan Public Library Programme Zone. This would be when we have our monthly trading session. Inspired to make a new card? Come and join us in trading your work of art.
15 August, Sun, 3 to 4 pm, Ang Mo Kio Public Library Programme Zone. Some of us will once again be sharing our ATC collections.
