Currently, only in-store pick-up is available. All other shipping rates and other information given below are for demonstration purposes only.
An order is placed when you go through the checkout process all the way to successfully making your payment for the purchases. You will receive an order confirmation via email.
While we ship to addresses in Singapore and internationally, the terms below apply to deliveries to Singapore addresses only.
Shipping
We can deliver to any address in Singapore except the airports, offshore islands, Jurong Islands, military installations, prisons, ports, construction sites and PO boxes.
Your order will be fulfilled between 3 and 7 business days from the time you make the purchase. Delivery hours are between 9am and 7pm on business days. If an item is out-of-stock and you choose to wait for it, the delivery may be later than 7 business days. In such cases, we will contact you. If we are unable to fulfill your orders within the stated time frame, we will contact you for further instructions.
Charges
We provide delivery at $8 for orders less than $100. Delivery is FREE for orders $100 and above. For overseas delivery, please email us for shipping cost and we will advise you accordingly.
If you want your order to be delivered by Post, please email us.
Currency
All Singapore Orders are charged in SINGAPORE DOLLARS (SGD).
Order Alteration or Cancellation
Order may be altered or cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of ordering. Alteration and/or cancellation may be done by e-mail or you can call us providing the Order Number.
If order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods or our inability to deliver the goods within the agreed time frame, full amount paid will be refunded.
Pauseability reserves the right to impose a cancellation charge of 20% to 50% of the order if the alteration or cancellation is notified after 24 hours of ordering.
- A cancellation charge of 20% of the order will be imposed for all cancellations made within 48 hours.
- A cancellation charge of 50% of the order will be imposed for all cancellations made after 48 hours and the product(s) is/are not delivered yet
Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our concern. But, once product has been sold, it cannot be exchanged or returned except for the following:-
- Products delivered are different from what is stated on the invoice.
- Products found to be faulty during delivery.
For wrong products or faulty products received, there will be a one to one exchange.
You must notify us within 3 days of receipt of your order and arrange for the products to be sent back to us within 7 days of receipt of your order (at your own cost). All returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipts, in the original packaging with all the merchandise tags attached and in the original condition. Please allow us 7 business days to arrange for the exchange of products.
Please also note that exchange and refund do not include postage and shipping charges.
Pauseability reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange of any product that does not meet the above requirements.
Colour Variation
We take every effort to show you as accurate as possible on products and information. Due to differences in colour calibration for different computers, the colour of the items you see on your monitor may vary from the actual colour. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Sales & Clearance Items
SALES & CLEARANCE product item(s) is/are strictly not returnable, refundable and exchangeable. Items that are on sale or discounted will be on a 24 hours reservation upon processing your order. If payment is not received, we will release the item to the next customer in line.
